In this role, we offer specialized management advice and support to clients, helping them define project scope and manage the interactions among various contributing agencies.

Our team oversees all tendering activities, including evaluation and contract award processes, while taking full responsibility for coordinating and integrating the contributions of all involved agencies. Based on project requirements, our scope of responsibility may extend from the design phase through to project completion and final handover to the client.
